When it comes to t-shirt screen printing Sydney, quality matters. Screen printing produces clean, sharp designs with strong colours that stay vibrant — wash after wash. It's the go-to method for custom merch when you want your brand to look professional.
If you're printing shirts for a business, event, or clothing brand — this is the standard.
Unlike quick print methods, screen printing involves a proper setup process. That's why silkscreen shirts are known for their long-lasting finish — and why it's best suited for bulk orders rather than small one-offs.
Screens (plates) are made for your design — one per colour.
Ink is pushed through the screen layer by layer for each colour.
Each shirt is heat cured for a durable, long-lasting finish.
If you need volume, screen printing is the most cost-effective option. The more you print, the lower the cost per unit — making it ideal for businesses, schools, events, and clothing brands ordering in bulk. We handle bulk t-shirt printing Sydney-wide from our Peakhurst shop, with orders shipped Australia-wide.
We print on a wide range of premium AS Colour garments. Whether you're after custom t-shirts for your team or launching your own clothing line, we can handle it.
Screen printing is best for bulk orders where quality and consistency matter. If you're after smaller quantities or complex full-colour artwork, DTF printing may suit you better — we offer both.
Our print shop is based in Peakhurst in Sydney's St George area — walking distance from Hurstville. We work with businesses across the entire city and handle t-shirt printing Sydney-wide, from the CBD to Western Sydney and the Sutherland Shire. All orders ship Australia-wide with fast turnaround.

Screen printing costs depend on the quantity, number of colours, and garment type. At 50 pieces with a 1-colour design, expect around $14–$18 per shirt including the garment. The more you order, the lower the cost per unit — making bulk orders significantly more cost-effective.
We recommend a minimum of 20–25 pieces for screen printing to be cost-effective, as screens need to be made for each colour. For smaller quantities (1–20 pieces), we recommend DTF printing which has no setup cost.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days once artwork is approved. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your deadline.
For best results, supply a vector file (AI or PDF) at the correct print size. PNG files at 300dpi or higher are also accepted. We do a free artwork check on every order and will let you know if anything needs adjusting.
Screen printing uses ink pushed through a mesh screen — it's best for bold, solid designs in 1–6 colours on bulk orders (20+ pieces). DTF is a transfer method that works for full-colour or detailed artwork from just 1 piece. Both produce professional results; the right choice depends on your quantity and design.
