What are screen print transfers?

Screen print transfers are pre-printed plastisol designs on a release film. You heat press them onto garments — same bold, opaque colours as traditional screen printing, without the setup cost or equipment.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum order is 20 sheets at $5/sheet — $100 total. Sheets are 57cm × 41cm with a print area of 49cm × 35cm. Order any quantity above 20 at the same flat $5/sheet rate.

Are the transfers single colour only?

Yes — plastisol screen print transfers are single colour only. For multicolour or full-colour artwork, see our DTF printing — no colour limits, from 1 piece.

How do I apply screen print transfers?

Heat press at 160°C for 10–12 seconds with medium-firm pressure, then peel the release film while hot. Works with standard clamshell and swing-away heat presses.

What file format do I need?

High-resolution PNG with a transparent background is ideal. We also accept PDF, AI, SVG, and EPS. Single colour artwork — one flat colour. We do a free file check before printing.

How long does turnaround take?

Most orders are produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days after artwork approval. We ship Australia-wide. Contact us if you have a tight deadline.
